Hosei Sebe
Managing Director
Prior to founding DPower Insight, Hosei built a career at the intersection of energy, investment, and strategy.
At INPEX, he managed projects and investment due diligence in Russia and the CIS region, overseeing financial reporting and corporate tax filings. At SoftBank, he spearheaded the launch of an innovative Energy IoT business, contributing to Japan’s power system transformation. At Dream Incubator, he advised major corporations on low-carbon technologies, healthcare strategies, and global partnerships.
He holds a degree from Keio University and is a Washington State CPA.
